Kelly is right and I applaud her for putting this out there.

It is hard to be responsible when you are horny but it needs to be done.

good thread, read through all posts and read statistics and though some were a bit odd, on the whole the message is clear, condoms, testing and education!!

That is the entire point of this discussion if I am reading it right. People are not getting tested, get HIV, spread it and then it turns into AIDS. Can you live with AIDS, yes but not all and not if you don't ever get tested to know. Get tested and use a rubber.

There are more GG's escorting, but biological realities make it much harder to catch HIV from a GG escort...why?...simply because a man having insertive vaginal sex with a GG escort is way less risky than a man having receptive sex with a TS escort. Anal receptive sex his THE riskiest sex act and that is exactly what a lot of clients seek from a TS escort...anal insertive would come in second place.
Clients should always wear condoms when seeing an escort if they want to be safe. I always used to say - when hobbying, mentally treat all escorts as if they are HIV+" ...and some of the girls on this site would think that I assumed that they were dirty and diseased, but that is NOT what I meant. I would like to think you didn't mean most of this in the literal sense - times have changed. You need to become HIV positive before you can get AIDS and if detected in time, you can now take better drugs than ever , to make sure it never progresses to AIDS...which , of course, also means that it isn't necessarily a death sentence any more. Many people can now live long lives even though they test positive.

If I had to , right at this moment, at my age, make a choice between Diabetes and HIV..I would pick HIV because my chances of survival and quality of life would be much higher. In my opinion.
