You presumably have had several years to work out these issues and committed yourself to being the person you want to be. Many are not as secure as you, have a loving relationship with a partner that "gets it or have the admiration (validation?) of adoring fans.

I am now very comfortable with my sexuality because life experience and reading including this forum, educated me.

TG girls know better than anyone how our culture treats people who don't fit in. I would hope that would equip you to be kind to people who are not as savvy.

Well I was too modest to mention that while I am not a psychiatrist I actually played one on TV ("NSA Los Angeles" ) so there is that too.

Only a couple of my lines made final cut but I did get to "nod in a knowing and sympathetic manner" and it did get qualify me for my SAG card.

Clearly...Just as I have all the qualifications to be a Jew in Germany in the 1940s because I was the lead in an Anne Frank play when I was in Highschool.
