Ask your Denny's waitress the same question. Ask your brother. As the guy in front of you in line at 7-11. Ask a police officer, dock worker, dentist, cousin, etc. Don't ask who you think would be a sympathetic audience... pussy.

I would think an on line community like this would be a good place to ask those questions. Lots more experiece here than at Denny's unless your talking about the one in the 6100 block of Sunset Blvd. in Hollywood (or is the West Hollywood I can never remember) but they prob. have some insight.

Most of the cops I worked with wouldn't grasp it and would not speak about it if they did. But then I work in South East LA maybe the cops Hollywood or San Fran. woud be more in touch with those issues.

i'd like to say thanks for feedback on this post...sorry it was a bit distracting; STARTUP999 is gracious w/indulgence. all i'm saying is when i'm living alone, there aren't many places where people would talk about this topic...well, imho, it all helped me! coming out isn't simple...i go blind w/some manly people w/balconies & surprises. i was @ 7...my first encounter approached me. it was good. i think i'm more committed, now. i'll be reading the posts.

You presumably have had several years to work out these issues and committed yourself to being the person you want to be. Many are not as secure as you, have a loving relationship with a partner that "gets it or have the admiration (validation?) of adoring fans.

I am now very comfortable with my sexuality because life experience and reading including this forum, educated me.

TG girls know better than anyone how our culture treats people who don't fit in. I would hope that would equip you to be kind to people who are not as savvy.
