The biggest danger in someone contracting HIV is doing multiple scenes in a short amount of time before the results come back positive. There is also the possibility of a false negative, and it is caught even later. The idea is to group performers in such a way that they don't shoot with multiple people over a short period of time. let me rant a little bit about non-condom TS porn if I may lol

In the past 3-4 years, Joey Silvera and a host of other directors have begun to shoot bareback or non-condom scenes between TS and guys (TS & TS as well). I, the directors, and the fans enjoy these scenes because I think they are more real and definitely more passionate.

How about doing a show like The Sopranos except that instead of being in the mafia, the Tony character runs a porn business...just like in the Sopranos, we'll see how the Tony character interacts with with the porn world and with his own family.
