while that could be, it is unlikely that it is the case. many models that are more "amateur style" are just "trans" for pay because they are clearly just men crossdressing. maybe some will actually transition, but who knows. take for example kayla coxx or jamie markham...these are not transwomen but cds that marketed themselves to as women for the sake of their porn careers. that melanie had breast augmentation, a costly and dramatic change to her appearance, signifies a bit of a bigger commitment.
