All I can do is tell you how I post GIF's. I use RedGIFs which has free registration. It allows you to create GIFs of up to one minute long with an editing function from either an existing online GIF or a GIF stored on your hard drive. For uploading an online source you just copy the URL of the GIF you wish to use and then paste at the RedGIFs Uploader. Once it is uploaded, you can tags or edit. You can do a similar process to use a GIF stored on your drive.

Once you've uploaded a GIF at RedGIFs, you can share it here. To do that look for the line called Share for the GIF you want to post here and left click on the Embed icon which is the icon with the double brackets. This opens up a dialogue box called Embed which has two choices - Fixed Frame or Responsive Frame. Left click Fixed Frame and make sure you see it say Link copied. Once that's done, you can come to Hung Angels and post the GIF at the thread you want by right clicking to paste.
