I don't mind the look, I think what's causing the most prominent change to her looks is the nose Job. the Nose Job almost always changes the face

She doesn't look good in that pic. She is several years past her best look. She has had too much work done on her.

She's had some lip injections and possibly a second (or third rhinoplasty). And in all likelihood she's had a facelift which is why she looks vastly different than before.
