First the juxtaposition of the freedom of driving cross country to LA against the loss of freedom and desperation of the return trip. We all want that freedom to hit the road but what risks are we really taking?

Thank you for your story Brittany, genuinely written from the heart I believe. It makes me feel happy for the life I have had in a happy family, with few horrible things to endure. My mom who I love dearly may soon have to go into a care home for her own safety but it will only happen if she is fully aware of it. The is no excuse for acting in any other way.
