Yeah I am chaotic in my desires...

Maybe should stay in crossdress/drag queen league...

    One question:

Some men go through hormone therapy and plastic surgeries but they refuse to take sex organs transformation surgery (penis to vagina), so they do not conduct 100% transition to female. Why?

As example Miriam (Mexican TS from famous TV show). Born as male, she looks like beautiful woman now but acoording to my info she has got a penis.

Second (counter)example Dana International (Israeli pop singer). Born as male, changed to female completely (sex organs also).

I mean above 100% female as possible with modern medicine - no pregnancy possible yet

That's either a personal decision ( because they feel at ease with their penis ) OR more likely because SRS is a VERY...VERY...VERY expensive surgery ( 10,000-20,000 dollars ) and EXTREMELY permanent. It is the most drastic thing that a transgirl can have done ( Not bad drastic, but drastic as in "Once it's done, it's done, and there's no going back." )

The difference between You, and girls like myself and 99.9% of the transgirls you see and hear about is that We, transition our bodies by means of hormones. Hormones ( although not as drastic as SRS, "surgery-wise" ) have a deep and long lasting to permanent impact on our bodies and mind.

It's not just because we want boobs to play with or to have long pretty hair and wear pretty clothes to be sexy...We do this because OUR mentality is female ( basically our minds born in the wrong body ) and we want the outside to match our minds because genetics made a mistake ( a mutation, if you will ) while we were being developed in the womb.

Picking up on the point about girls not fully transitioning, can we say there is a gender state that is somewhere between male and female? Is gender necessarily a binary state (male or female) or are there third, fourth, fifth alternative states? Is it in fact a continuum?

How many girls here, even if they originally planned to transition from male to female now feel that they're quite happy to stop, indefinitely or otherwise, in a transgendered state?

Insisting on describing people only as distinctly male or female just seems wrong to me ...

That's why I mentioned personal decisions and feeling "right" in ones body. There are more than just 2 perceived genders. For example.... My girlfriend Jamie French. It is her wish to keep her penis. She is happy with her "plumbing" ( her own description lol ).

Myself for example. I do wish to finalize my transition...BUT...I know that SRS's price tag is incredibly high for me AND I really do enjoy the work I do ( Porns )AT LEAST for 5-10 years...AT LEAST. Surgery is about 10k - 20k.
Also who knows...maybe by that time ( whether I have that money or not ) I may feel I want to postpone a few more years...IDK.

The reason I have made a stance about the OP's questions, is because of the permanent effects of what he thinks he wants. What he really truly needs to do is seek the advice and guidance of professional doctors and psychiatrists, and commit to do that for at least a few years BEFORE making any rash and impulsive decisions that he may regret extensively.

Trust me. I've been through years of therapy and I am sure many of the girls here and in the industry and those who are not, have gone through a good amount of therapy.

Contrary to many of the posts on here, You can get a boob job, Facial Feminization or even SRS whatever with $$$$ .

Most surgeons even in the USA don't even bother asking if you had mental counseling. You pay for it they will do it.

I know several drag queens that have gotten work done without hormones and they still live as mostly male. They say they did it for their job as drag queens, but who knows.

If boobs are what you want surgery is the best way to get the biggest.

i admit to being very naive in learning how hormone treatment (or lack of)
affects transgender. the tgirls i am aquainted with either don't explain it
well enough, too sensitive or too personally private to talk about it
or i'm too much of a fuck-headed to understand what they are talking
this discussion board is the closiest source i have to try to understand
    how they affect transgenders.

i did often wonder why hormone treatments cannot always alter the
voice of transgender females. The "low- pitch" tone in question.
Ironically i had always heard that steroids CAN have that kind of on females.
Particulary ones that use it in bodybuilding.

i see a number of escort ads where Tproviders insist that they are NOT
on hormones (as to boast how functional they are ?) but if they are not
using hormones, then how do they gain (or sustain) their femininity?
Is this a case where everyone's body is affected differently ?

Estrogen does not have much effect at all on the thickness of the vocal cords: note how teenage girls, unlike teenage boys, do not go through a period of a month or so in which their voice suddenly "changes". Testosterone does however thicken the vocal cords, causing them to vibrate at a lower frequency and resonate with a much fuller and richer sound. Once your vocal cords have thickened due to testosterone that is irreversible. With practice, you can develop a convincing female voice -- mine is close but not all the way there -- but you will always be able to go back down to that male voice. Here's a voice sample of mine comparing the two: http://vocaroo.com/i/s1QbXa2WgMjo

With escorts who advertise that they are not on hormones, what they're trying to suggest is that they won't have difficulty getting hard or cumming. With most hormone regimens, but particularly with oral hormones, you need to take what's called an antiandrogen, a medicine which suppresses testosterone production, eventually eliminating the presence of testosterone in your bloodstream. Now you don't need much testosterone to have a functioning dick, in fact testosterone levels similar to a genetic female are fine for getting hard although overtime you will gradually cum less and less, but if you have NO testosterone AT ALL, then you WILL have a rough time getting hard. So again, what these escorts are betting is that you want to see them get hard and cum big, and being off hormones and having male testosterone levels will make both of those things much easier.

Frankly, I find such advertising, if true, a total turn off, and I say this as a tgirl who does like other tgirls. While there's a lot of things hormones can't do -- like reverse the thickening of your vocal cords -- there's a lot of things they can do. If you're not on hormones, your skin isn't going to be as soft, your sweat will smell like a man's sweat, your body hair will still be as thick and coarse as ever, etc. Now some of that can be overcome through procedures and surgery, but the simple reality is that surgery is a brute force solution. With hormones -- IF the regimen is effective -- you get much more natural and realistic feminization, where as surgery alone often means the girl's body just looks and feels like a skinny guy's with breast implants and silicone injections.

thanks for the interesting notes miranda. Besides the voice mystery,i forgot to inquire about weight gain issues as well but perhaps at another time.

Vocal pitch has everything to do with the length of the vocal chords. Longer chords = lower pitch. When boys go through puberty their vocal chords lengthen... women? Not so much. Folks that start hormone therapy before puberty have natural sounding female voices because the chords never lengthened. A few surgeons offer to shorten them but surgery is the only thing that'll physically effect how deep someone's voice will be.
