Shemale without hormones?
hey
Is it reasonable to be shemale without hormone therapy?
Of course I assume good backround- i.e. good body.
I mean I am 26 male but very slim and rather delicate in appearance also have delicate face - not typical masculine one.
So could it be reasonable to:
-shave body,
- have breast implants attached
- some surgery to remove madculine features of the face (nose shape, chin etc)
- wear heels and wig

Re: Shemale without hormones?
It's certainly possible, although the question is what are you hoping to gain by not using hormones? I mean this is where I'm at after 10 months on an implanted pellets regimen and the only thing I've lost is my fertility -- there's no sperm in my ejaculate. Given how much cheaper hormones are than surgery, even with expensive delivery methods like how I get mine, I think effective hormonal feminization is far preferable to the surgical route.

Re: Shemale without hormones?
I wouldn't.
Unless you go to a back ally surgeon in Thailand, as far as I know, no doctor will do anything surgically until you have seen psychiatrists for a while and have been on hormones for at least 2-3 years, and continue to take hormones for the rest of your life. That's what it is to be "shemale" ( transsexual ). Let alone all the legal stuff like legal name change, gender marker change, and ssn.

Is this something lost in translation? What exactly are you hoping for? If you are not transgender, then transitioning could be a big mistake.

Re: Shemale without hormones?
i'm guessing english isn't pablo6989's native language- in which case it's easy to excuse some his grammatical errors. its kinda easy to see why someone who doesn't speak english would use the word "attach" breast implants.
anyhoo- i think the best advice for pablo6989 would be to seek some professional help from a psychiatrist if you are thinking about transitioning. maybe you can find a solution that is unique for you that doesn't require hormone therapy

Re: Shemale without hormones?
The part of wearing shoes and wigs makes me wonder if OP is just interested in crossdressing or maybe performing drag...or is OP transgender or bigender? As others have said, you should seek counsel before jumping to plastic surgery. To answer the question if transsexuals can look attractive without hormones, yes but I can't say that means hormones are to be avoided. I'm no expert, so seek the advice of one.

Re: Shemale without hormones?
something that "doesn't require extensive hormone therapy" is called cross-dressing. Which means, no surgeries, no hormones, and no legal changes.
The main reason we take hormones is because we are wanting to permanently change the "make-up" of our body's chemicals to get and maintain a feminine look to match our mental state of being female.

Don't forget there are transsexuals who medically are unable to take hormones.
