By the way the Adams Apple thing is a myth - everybody has thyroid cartilage and it tends to be at a more prominent angle in males but it's not a hard and fast rule. Plenty of women have prominent Adams Apples and plenty of men barely have ones. Men in my family dont really have them but my best friend looks like he's swallowed something and it's stuck there.
