Anyone know where to actually get TRUE Viagra, or Cialis, without a prescription, and preferably without drain cleaner or some shit as an additive lol

Try some Maca Root. You can get it for pretty cheap. Take 1500mg a day.

Or Magnum Instincts. I've tried this and have to say it's pretty good. A little pricey, but it works.
