CC Bill for a pay website

Just follow the procedure there and you'll be assigned an account manager.

You will need to pay $500 for Visa to process and $500 for Mastercard to process upfront. This is both Visa and Mastercard thieving from the adult industry and not a CCBill charge (so you need $1000 upfront). Expect CCbill to take around 15% of the sale.
