Yes, some people can get around that. I'm not saying escorts are bad people. They are people the same as everyone else. It's just that, in my experience, it's not the same as regular dating. But, if you and your girl can make that jump from escort to boyfriend and girlfriend, more power to you. But the op barely knows that girl at this point.
