First all, its starts with you, its a life change, you cant imagine the things they have done to look beautiful for you, give them the same effort back!!! 7-8 hours of rest a day, proper diet, wieght lifting, drink 2 gallons a day of water!!! Dont do drugs, or drink!!!! nothing makes you uglier faster then those two things, get in where you fit in, find your talents and run with it, Whatever is the hardest is what you should give the most effort too. How to pick up women? This is what some guy claims is the honest to God truth on how a teenage boy picked up an adult woman.

I knew this guy from Brazil. He claimed that when he was a teenager growing up in Brazil, there was this adult woman that he had a crush on. So he approached her and said "I think you're beautiful and, uh, I want to make love to you." The woman replied "you're crazy!" and walked away.

The next day, that woman approached him and, apparently having second thoughts, asked him if he would be interested in coming to her apartment. He accepted. They both went into her home and had sex.

Sometime later, he got tired of her and lost interest in her, but the woman kept pursuing him.
