I started about two yrs ago with small 6" long dildos and now im up to 3" circumference and 12" long all the way to the hilt. I use a mix of vaseline and Crisco and warm it up in microwave then let it cool down. To start i put Crisco balls in my ass and your own body heat will melt it.
