As many will mention in their listings, don't mention anything of a sexual or explicit nature on the phone. It's somewhat crass to talk numbers, either way, and you should already have a handle on that before you call.

After that, it's a crap shoot, depending on who, where, etc. I had one gurl show me the time of my life and not ask for her 'roses' until the next morning. Another was all up in my face and all but asked for a credit report at the outset. One, fairly well-known gurl, blew me off because I didn't have a cell phone. Another never answered my calls/messages and I ended up having a long term relationship with the next gurl in the queue who did reply.
