I can't get smalll..both doctors I went to consults for..told me I have too much natural boob growth on top and when they take these out I'll have a lot of loose skin..so it will look funny if I go smaller

Have to agree with spidernose.
The current ones look too "high profile" for the size of your chest, particularlly noticable above the nipple line. Any increase in size will only magnify this. A anatomic, pendulous implant would give a nicer overall effect.
Just my humble opinion, hope your surgery turns out with a pleasing result.
