This site badly needs a makeover. Updates are posted with long lags (up to 3-4 weeks after the stated date) and the preview clips often don't work (eg none of the latest 3 clips works). Also, the pics for the latest update are wrong - they belong to the update a month ago. I don't know whether this reflects the experience for members, but the whole point of preview material is to create a favourable impression on potential members, and this sort of sloppiness does not do that.
