To rob the guy or at the very least intimidate him into giving whoever posted the ad money. The person(s) who posted the ad know that the guy is most likely not going to report the crime to the cops.

You sound a bit over cautious. Im not doubting you but there are plenty of better assumptions i could think of.

Some girls use fake pics because they want to remain stealth. Others because they have a police record and are trying to be careful.

Others use it as a business strategy to lure in horny unsuspected johns, knowing they will still want to cum regardless of there appearance.
