Kind of passable. Like wouldn't noticed if she was walking down the street, however even at that pics angle you can see she has no hips.

It's subjective - it depends on how much experience one has around transgenders. It's also hard to tell from just a photo. Body language, voice and demeanour can all add up to being "passable". The most "passable" TS's I know, aren't particularly attractive.

Now some of the girls on your sites are going to be upset, the girls with the low self esteem that are passable are going to be saying, "You don't find me attractive" and then the other girls with more then enough confidence will be screaming" You don't think I am passable?"
