Implants seem awesome in theory...

But in practice they come out looking strange a lot...and leave a horrible scar ( ick) and need to be replaced (lots can go wrong with them).

For porn I guess it just depends how they look at that moment (so guys don't really care about longer term issues). But if you are in a relationship with a trans, why would you want her to go through more surgery than she has to?
