Top of the Lake - intrigued by the prospect of this series which starts tonight on BBC, directed by Jane Campion (The Piano, inter alia) and starring Elizabeth Moss (Peggy from Mad Men) and Holly Hunter. I'll report back.

It actually started in media res as the invasion had already occurred so you'll just be picking it up at a later point. Still well worth it.
