It's an expression. It means, here it is presented without any photoshopping or retouching, warts and all. It doesn't actually mean there are warts present. I'm surprised you've never heard it.

@JeniferParishusband - You could I guess try booking an outcall or failing that you could plan a UK excursion, where you could if you wish enjoy yourself repeatedly also
