SRS has zero effect on the voice. After puberty, the only things which effect the voice of a M2F Ts are:
1. voice coaching.
2. Following on from 1. the amount of work they put into developing their voice
3. Vocal chords surgery.
SRS has zero effect on the external appearance other than genitalia. This is assuming the person is on a sustained & appropriate level of HRT for 2+ years prior to SRS. There is no visible difference.
People in trans spaces often assume I'm post op (I'm not). Presentation, mannerisms, skin tones, fat deposits, are nothing to do with SRS and everything to do with HRT and behaviour.

I would never be able to accurately know if a person was post op or not, just based upon their demeanor and external clothed appearance.

I've watched the video again. Her voice is the same. She did not confirmed her status as a post op in the video(she confirmed it with AVN). It's true that I've only seen Kimber on video in her awesome performance

So I don't know her as such and would not be in a position to comment on any perceived change to her voice or appearance.
One of my best friends had SRS Nov '10 with Dr. Sanguan and she was much happier post SRS.

Any changes {perceived or real} in Kimbers voice, will be solely due to practice / coaching / vocal chord surgery.
