Those are silicone injections in the as,see the discoloration and the injection puck marks.

natural looks better you can usually tell implants by the shape they just don't look as good.....squats and glute exercises help develop a natural butt and make it bigger also eating and higher bf percentage but the results won't come over night maybe a few months with patience and dedication...a nice butt doesn't need to be big to be nice shape can make a small butt look great although a bigger butt can attract more attention
