Radius, as a photographer myself, I know it can be very difficult not to have sex with your models. It isn't always the photographer that proposes the idea. Many times the model is persistant about doing it, and to avoid it can be very difficult.

Honestly, there were times when I didn't have the discipline. Most of the time, I have no problem with adhering to the photographer code of conduct, but there are some models who really get turned on by photo shoots (and handsome photographers) and don't care about the code. When you mention it to them, they understand, but figure out ways around it, such as "The shoot is over. Now we're just friends and can do whatever we want."

Cudos to you, my friend for sticking to the code. I know how hard it is.
