Everyone always wants to post the worst...with any surgery there is always a risk, including breast implants.I've seen some horrible surgical vaginas and also some amazing ones but i tend to see average ones mostly.
I think society doesn't have much to do with a ts girls decision to go post op because they face the same issues of acceptance and respect that pre op girls do.its all about the girl and what's going to make her feel comfortable in her body.

Someone who runs to me and says they watched a scene on a tube site and claims he is my biggest fan is a thief with a crush.

My fans are not numbers to me as am I more than a model to them..we talk and many are very interesting people.

A website a good one can run up to 2500 to 5500

I did a HA search and could not find any such survey.

Anyway, I have long time TS (long distance, too) friend who I've talked with about everything. She's as feminine as any TS I've seen. Being of an age, near 40, and of a stable financial situation, I had always figured she would get SRS someday soon. But after talking with her at length, on the topic, I discovered she would never do it, and intends to stay pre all her life. The conversation really opened my eyes as to how these issues just aren't black and white.
