Sorry, not to be mean or anything, but this individual sounds like they have some serious psychological issues. He/she changes gender like a yo-yo. Hopefully he/she seeks out the proper help and eventually realizes who they are and sticks to that realization. For the record though, she was way more attractive than he was but if he's happier identifying as male then I wish him all the best in that.

He's lovely as a girl. But tell me, Castor, when you say he's gone back to being a female, do you mean to say that he had "fully" transitioned before, with implants and hormones, and has de-transitioned, then that he's really re-transitioning again? Or do you mean that he was or is simply crossdressing (is or was or... ? I get a bit confused by all of this)? Is he simply now escorting in drags, after detransitioning? I think all of this makes a pretty considerable difference.

Unless there's any evidence that this person's gender ambivalence is causing harm or having other negative consequences, I'd say let it lie. Not everyone fits comfortably into a binary concept of gender, and some people do definitely have trouble trying to. They're best left to follow their own paths, with appropriate support.

Being 'intergendered' or someone who is not quite one nor the other, is very common. Many mtf transvestites express this, for example. They are happy being men most of the time but sometimes they have to be women. So their transgender behaviour is a result of the fact that they are actually intergender, neither fully one nor the other.

We tend to reward those whose gender expression is predictable and constant but that's a bit unfair on the others.

Yes she once had implants and likely also on hormones. She had the implants removed and went back to guy ,ode, but appears that she can't shake her girlish side. I for one hope she gets implants again and resumes her previous course, but whatever makes her happy I guess
