The meaning of the word 'straight' in this context, is entirely down to the person using it. The very well known Irish comedian Dave Allen used to do a sketch in which he referred to someone as a 'poof' because he must have been standing behind his girlfriend while they embraced. So in the popular imagination, hetero/homosexuality was not just about attraction but practice.

Essentially it's a term that is used by those who consider themselves inside the mainstream cultural group to describe themselves, and by those who do not wish to be part of that group to differentiate. In the 60s and 70s, 'straight' meant, basically, short-haired, white, anglo-saxon, church on Sunday, liked... well I never really found out what kinda music they liked but anyway it wasn't what I liked, while 'not straight' meant smoked pot, got laid, liked The Stones, Hendrix, The Doors, probably read LOTR (several times)...

At the moment the word has a sexual connotation but that is because the mainstream, patriarchal society no longer sees a bunch of hippies as a threat, and anyway the hippies all got jobs, or went into business to screw the 'straight' culture, like Richard Branson (destruction from within--a common cultural strategy). The threat to the patriarchal, masculine society evolved into the gay/straight divide of the 80s and 90s and has in the last couple of decades increasingly focussed on the transgender/cisgender split. This is because these directly challenge the nature of 'what it is to be a man' that straight culture is based on.

Few things challenge straight culture more fundamentally than transgender and transsex. Even gay culture, especially in the States, tried to remodel itself in order for gay men to appear to be part of straight culture, having butch jobs, appearance etc. This strategy successfully permitted this culture some acceptance by the 'straight' mainstream.

I may be wrong on this so.......I always assumed anal sex was a bit of a taboo (not so much today) but back in the day. I couldn't give you statistics, but many girls are into it, today. Yes, of course, accident happens, Sulka. It's better to clean it up before with a pear and water -I don't know-, but I've done it many times without any accident. Usually, the feces are not in the rectum but higher in the intestines.
