    And in the meantime. A jazz interpretation of Brahms' Hungarian Dance #1. My friend Steve Hackett (ex-Genesis) introduced me to the rich heritage of Hungarian jazz a few years ago. It's certainly central European in tone but very individual. Shame it's just a snippet.

    Here's a song by Claude Léveillée, in French, Soir d'Hiver, from a poem by Émile Nelligan. It's very beautiful. I would imagine it could be appreciated even by those who do not understand the lyrics. It's very vibrant.
