why post-op?
not to offend, but I don't get post-op escorts.
why not have a genetic woman? pre/non-op, well duh, it's the cock and a woman's body/face/boobs/hair, etc. we all now that. but a post-op has no cock.

well any tgirl who decides to go post op, can still provide a "sexual product" escort-wise.
