There was no Slur . If any it would be using the term Rican . Then again in the USA we speak English so we don't have to worry about O's and A's . But then being a member of a Nationality or Ethnicity is Gender Neutral . Do Hobbits differentiate Gender when referring to themselves as a whole ?
