I have a curiosity question.
I know some girls (notably) have had orchiectomy (I think it is the right word), and when they have an orgasm, there is no sperm coming out.

So I wonder what are the feelings compare to a classic orgasm with sperm.

Is it the exact same? Is it different?
I feel like sperm coming out is quite a big part of the feeling of the orgasm. But maybe it's just an impression and not a big part finally?

I had a bilateral orchiectomy back in 2000, so I've had quite a bit of experience. Even after the orchiectomy and years on estradiol, I still have orgasms.

The orgasm after orchiectomy is mild. It is less intense than a man's orgasm. It is not the quantity of ejaculate that causes the level of intensity. Rather, the ejaculate is reduced because of the same factor that is causing the less intense orgasm: absence of testosterone.

I would say that the same generally applies to transwomen who have been on estrogen and androgen blockers for awhile and who have not had the orchiectomy.

Bribi, Rabbiteyes is right. There's little difference between the testosterone levels of a girl on a properly balanced hormone regime and one who has had orchi. The major point of the orchi is that it means the girl can do without the androgen blocker (eg Spironolactone or Androcur) that should be a part of her regime, since both of these drugs have long-term side-effects. Orchi lets her cut blockers and go on a fairly light regime of Estrogen. (SRS has the same effect; as far as I know all modern SRS techniques include orchi.)

BTW, around 90% of ejaculate comes from the prostate, not the testes, and this is not touched in either procedure. This is why some post-op women self-lubricate; this is the clear fluid often called 'pre-cum' (which is actually exactly the same as the clear base of all ejaculate.) How much a post SRS/orchi girl produces, either while aroused or at orgasm, is related to how much fluid she produced before the op while on hormones (since the prostate remains in place). Some produce a lot and some not much at all. It is very dependent on the individual.
