Bottom Guy was a TV show in the 80s. Every episode would end with bottom guy doing something stupid, and then all the other cast members would whiningly say "Bottom Guy!" Then he would say "Uh oh, it's hard being at the top when you're always at the bottom!" Then the credits would roll!
