I have found, that no matter how passable and feminine a voice a transgendered lady might have, the one thing that reveals their status is a cough (assuming she is 100% unidentifiable as trans physically)

For some reason, when a trans girl coughs, it has a very masculine sound and gg women do not. Even deep voiced gg females have a "softer" sounding cough.
