Really, Barkley should have come out his Jr year. He would have been the 3rd QB drafted behind Luck and Griffin3 in the 1stRD. Lost a ton of money coming back. All that year did was allow scouts to pick at his game. The Eagles got great value with this pick, now lets see if he can play.
