She is gorgeous, but I've read terrible reviews on her in regards to escorting. She sounds like one of the biggest rip offs out there.

Yes, her reputation seems to precede her, and it isn't a very good one from what I've read; far too many bad reviews for it to be a coincidence.
Anna is probably a "10" as far as looks go, but I'd rather hook up with a legit "7" or "8" for about the same price, than to just throw my money away. Caveat emptor, y'all.
