Ok I guess I need to help you guys out a bit - you need to come up with more than a few titles names and lose ideas. Here's a sample of how you should present it.

Said in first proposal. Profit would be split between between the investors based on the percentage they put in. There would have to be some rules of course and we'll get to that if we get that far.
