Well here's my dream DVD. I know most of this is pretty niche, if at least one of these could be done that would be awesome.

Fair enough but the format would suggest the selling. ie; you can't sell a DVD with one scene.

Ok, I'll tell you what...my first thought would be to start with VOD, which means shooting 1 or 2 scenes...if the sales seem good, then do a full length.
