When I saw the title to this thread I thought of elderly people or women who haven given birth or power lifters all who've suffered some sort of trauma and caused a rectal prolapse I'd treated while working in the E.R. I never thought I would see women intentionally causing that for pleasure. This kind of stuff comes in waves because it is the next taboo I suppose. The first time I saw it I though, WTF? About the the third time there was nothing erotic any more but rather the type of hyper-atheletic stuff that happens in porn that almost never really is part of real sex between partners. I get that some get off on taking things to extreme whether it be fisting or prolapse but to me there is little passion in it. Good for those who like doing it but for some watching too much of that stuff could set up false expectations of what a partner wpuld enjoy.
