I have read a lot of posts that are critical of Joey Silvera on this site and I must confess I don't get it. His production values are very good. Lighting, blocking, editing are all tight for the budget that any porn filming must live with.

Some of the pairings or scenes are not my cup of tea but I have never seen a Silvera TS production that I though from beginning to end was trash and consider his production a brand I can trust not to be either a total ripoff or get so weird that it is beyond my tastes.

I agree with you fivekatz. I have watched a number of his movies on a pay per minute site. The quality has generally been to my liking. Sometimes I don't like the various pairings or a particular kink that he's going for in one movie or other. But no one video is going to appeal to everyone's tastes and though I can't remember off hand plenty were to my liking.

BTW, not to hijack this thread. Congrats to Eva. Looks like a great video.

Bronco fan is right and I did not mean to hijack the thread, congrats Eva. BTW I found it quite interesting and informative that you shared a little something about your life before transition. That kind of information only can make all of us more educated about transition and it IMO creates empathy and understanding too.

I used to like Joey Silvera's work in the past. I have noticed that he rarely uses men anymore in his films. His transsexual porn films are either tg on tg or tg on gg. I wish he would film more scenes with men with transsexuals like he used in the past.

I also don't like the fact that he pairs very submissive transsexuals with genetic girls or other t-girls and wants them to be dominate. For example, he paired very submissive Sarina Valentine with a genetic girl and Sarina looked very uncomfortable. If a t-girl is submissive, I don't think porn directors should force them to be dominate.

Einstein, nobody forces them to do anything. It's their choice. It's a voluntary job. Sarina just isn't a very good porn actress.
