This guy (tluva) is arrogant to the extreme. What he said about sex is also descriptively wrong since he thinks there are only two variants. This is the binary sex model which is challenged by the existence of intersex individuals. Not only are there over 6 different features doctors look at to determine sex, there are even more than two genetic variants of sex. Among those who are genetically male, you also have significant hormonal variations. Have you ever heard of 5 alpha reductase deficiency? Born with male genitalia and an x and a y chromosome but break down testosterone into estradiol only and do not produce the very androgenic dht. Klinefelter's? Turner's? What about those born with external genitalia between 1 and 2.5 cm?

The reason people say that these are just labels is because the reality is both more interesting and more complicated. Perhaps you'd like to read a book before you tell someone they are a boy or a girl?
