No of course not.

I am just a full time working taxpayer who feels sick every time I see the family in my street with 9 kids enjoying foreign holidays and cars, yes cars ... bought for by the tax payer.

I don't see them having to get up in freezing conditions to go to work.

Neither of the parents work, even though the male could do so as he plays football every Sunday for the local team.

There are local Tescos, Wilkinsons and Sainsbury's all with job vacancies but the benefit system is such that it pays them NOT to work.

Where is the sense in that?

I am GLAD that their total weekly income is now capped at £500... yes that's £500 AFTER tax. Do you know how much you need to earn to pick up £500 in the UK?

Lets not forget the FREE Dental, Eye, Health plus numerous other claims they probably milk us Tax Payers for each week.

It's not an isolated case and you know it.

I have nothing against genuine benefit claimants thru ill health, age and other cirmcumstances that prevent work. That's what the benefit system was set up for.

It's the blatant scroungers that this coalition government has the balls to tackle that I am on about.

Unfortunately what the coalition IS doing is hurting the people who need the benefits the most, thats what a lot of people who read the daily mail cannot seem to grasp.

All this lots of jobs going is crap as well, SURE there are jobs in tescos, or NEXT or other high street places - but ALL part time hours, and not FIXED hours. You literally sit by the phone and might get a couple of 5 or 6 hour shifts during a week, if your lucky - and you find out if your working the day before.

Nor did Simon Cowell for that matter!

If the poor want a slice of the action they need to get off their asses and go find the opportunities out there.... and not give up at the first hurdle.

I run a successfull Jewellery animation business, but it took me years to get it off the ground... oh... and a LOT of hard work!
