In retrospect, neither "getting down with guys they genuinely like" or "getting down with men that don't have expectations of role reversal" really work. I completely lost my train of thought on that.

HRT can cause complications, but even when it doesn't, sometimes it's just not the same brand of horny. Some functional transwomen can be horny, but still not get an erection because they're not specifically horny 'like that'.
