I actually had a pretty sizable cyst in the ball area, on the sack more toward the "taint". Was somewhere between a grape and a walnut in size before I finally got the balls (lol) to get it checked out.

Considering I was living in a super conservative city and my insurance is through a Catholic hospital... and I went in female... well... I don't think I need to say any more on that.

It got a bit scary for a bit when they did an ultrasound on it and still weren't sure what it was... and recommended surgery.

I had it removed a little less than a year ago... and fortunately it ended up being benign. Definitely best to go deal with whatever it is sooner rather than later though, just in case it's something serious. You're much better off treating things early on rather than waiting for the thing to grow into a damn grapefruit before taking care of it.
