Wow! Lot of anger over a simple, albeit asked in an extremely awkward manner, question. The obvious answer, of course, is that if any involved parties feel uncomfortable, don't do it. Maybe that's too complicated.

I think the OP concern was honest and had no intention at all to offend anybody. Why am I saying this? Because like the OP I do love TS girls and do love going to TS strip bars but as I have OCD and sometimes what could be called a absurd fear of HIV I just can't fully enjoy the beauty of the TS because of my fears. The only TS strip club I have been in was a placed called Trixies. Some of the dancers were so fucking hot I was "dying" to hire them for a private dance, I could have easily invested $100 for just some minutes of a private dance just involving some touching and kissing BUT my fear overcame me and wouldn't allow me to. What's worse, I was even afraid to touch them when I placed on them the tips but I did. After that night I had fear I might have gotten the HIV virus and asking all over and over things like, what if she had some tiny drop of blood in her body and when I touched her I touched that tiny drop and the I had a paper cut on my hand and in that way the virus entered my body?
Those fears have nothing to do with how much I love and admire those TS and if there were no HIV I would fuck them all night and lick absolutely all of their precious bodies!!!
