You have to go with your instinct. Put it this way, you aren't going to get AIDs from kissing an escort. At worst you could potentially I guess catch herpes.

I disagree with most of this. Not even getting into the racism fray because it's not worth my time, but it's annoying how pundits say its IMPOSSIBLE to get HIV from kissing and then talk about saliva. If both parties have blood present, which is more common in the mouth than you think, I would ASSUME it's POSSIBLE. Second, Herpes is no joke. People think it's just annoying breakouts, but it increases your chances of heart attacks drastically, so it's potentially a killer. Third, if she'll kiss you she'll definitely suck a dick or maybe even toss a salad or two, so there you go. Finally, how many people do you know who are gonna tell you they caught a disease from kissing a TS escort?

The question is offensive. We aren't some mutant animal subspecies. We are human just like anyone else.
