In some cities, Seattle for instance, there are escort review boards that also have provider ads. The providers require two references from other providers to see them. In turn, the reviews and the community are quite harsh on fake pics or poor service. As one is dealing with a know quantity the sessions generally go from good to flat amazing.

However, tgirls have been pretty much excluded from this reviews / reference system. I believe it is based on poor acceptance of the girl plus the guys wanting to stay in the closet.
