Try the Armory Club across from Kink. It's a posh cocktail bar opened by the owners of Kink. On the weekends you'll find kink performers there. Great little hidden spot.

Nearby try the Mission drag (no pun intended, lol). Casanova, Delirium are alt-friendly. Stiff cheap drinks and a varied crowd.
